Why there are always ups and downs in life? When each time you are trying to be more optimistic about life, the reality will give you a harsh blow in the next moment. When you trying so hard to build up faith and it can collapse the next minute.

I totally can understand this feeling and agreed with what my girlfriend has mentioned to me a day ago. The worst thing is that, when you are breaking down, when you turn around, you realized there is no one you can approach to talk to. It really saddens me so much.

Life is really about hoping for the best yet prepare for the worst.

Because the more you expected, the more disappointed you are.
