Yesterday was Yongzhen's mummy official opening ceremony! Took a quick nap after night shift and met baby at MRT station to Bugis, the new shopping mall" iluma".

One of the best known spices is "Piri Piri", derived from the tiny chilli peppers that the Portuguese introduced from Angola and Mozambique. Blended with other herbs and spices this resulted in the infamous fiery hot sauce that we use to marinade and baste our chicken pieces, giving you our fantastic, saucy and succulent mouth watering "AJ's Piri Piri Chicken".
